Very short drive to the Parkway. The cabin is not far from Pigeon Forge although it’s in Sevierville as indicated in the description. That made us very happy!

Great location
Clean except if we needed to use the fold out couch, it wouldn’t have been acceptable. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned by the cleaners. We found a sock and chips under the fold out couch. There was only a sheet set laid out for the couch bedding. No pillows nor comforter was provided for the fold out bed on the couch. The 1st floor bed was medium firm, but it felt like you were laying down hill. Pillows were flat. Upstairs queen bed mattress didn’t fell comfortable, you could feel the springs. As stated, very few utensils so keep that in mind. We did like the Keurig coffee maker it was a single and pot. Master bath is extremely small. Hot tub is only accessible through the master bedroom. Dale and Maddie were great hosts, very attentive, just need some improvements to make it better! 😀

We were so close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and we were able to avoid driving on the Parkway for most of our stay. We stayed here during the spring Rod Runs, and we still didn’t run into any heavy traffic in this area. We’re locals, so it’s not often that we need to stay in a cabin, but if I need to do so again, I would definitely stay here again!

A few things to note:
1) They do not have salt and pepper lol. Bring your own!
2) There’s minimal silverware, so you may be washing dishes a little more frequently. (Also no serveware so bring your own!)
3) Minimal parking available so make sure you can carpool!

The appliances were nice and worked well. The cooking utensils were very basic. There is a charcoal grill out in the middle of the yard. The WiFi was horrible, constantly kicking you off on your devices.
